Cellulitis? As much info as possible please!? - cellulitis knee

I had a bee sting on his leg on Saturday 29 and was associated with cellulitis, infected with a bacterial infection of the skin. I have a growing hive. I saw the doctor yesterday (Monday) and gave me medicine and said it would soon clear. Unfortunately, the affected area seems to get worse. His return from a darker red and is very hot. Itch bad and is painful. I have the impression that the symptoms worse, but I have no fever.

What is fever? I'll follow-up appointment earlier (Thursday?), But I fear that spread the infection to the knee joint, and bloodstream.
